1. Data Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: degree in engineering, data science, or any related

Role & responsibilities:

• Proven track record of managing and delivering analytics projects, including dashboards, predictive models.
• Experience in providing solution architecture - describing the problem statement and approach in solving.
• Ability to guide analysts and review the work products, including code.
• Ability to defend the results from analysis, predictive models in front of the clients.
• Advanced programming skills; experience using other programming and data manipulation languages like SQL;
• Should have excellent skills with Advanced Excel, Logical thinking, Credit card analytics knowledge is an add-on.
• Experian Sandbox (Ascend platform) experience/knowledge is good to have.
• Ability to work with large datasets, across multiple systems.
• Experience of working with clients in financial services vertical is preferable.
• Exposure to cloud technologies
• Ability to create decks for client presentations.

2. Senior Analyst

Experience : 4-6 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst / Consultant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can understand business requirement.

Lead a team 2-3 people.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing dashboards and reports, and generating actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Experience in credit card acquisition, customer onboarding, banking analytics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and performance metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Track and analyze key business KPIs, identify deviations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve existing analytical processes.
• Lead a team of 2-3 people.

3. Analytics Consultant

Experience: 8+ years

Education: Degree in data analytics, data science or any related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit card acquisition, portfolio management, and customer lifecycle strategies based on data insights
• Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance acquisitions and customer management initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making
• Mentor junior analysts in analytics and data / domain knowledge
• Document key projects and maintain them in on shared space

Mandatory Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in credit card acquisition, portfolio management, credit risk, or operations analytics.
• Basic knowledge of credit card business, customer lifecycle, and performance metrics
• Advanced SQL skills to manage large and complex datasets
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables
• Excellent communication, and data visualization skills
