Data Analyst - Freelance

Context

Collective.work is building an AI agent that automates recruiting workflows—from sourcing and screening to outreach and coordination. The company’s mission is to shift repetitive recruiting work from humans to software, enabling faster, higher-quality hiring. Collective.work operates at the intersection of:

• Workflow automation

Missions

• Analyze product and customer data to uncover trends and insights
• Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics (activation, conversion, retention)
• Define and monitor north-star metrics (e.g., hires per customer, time-to-hire reduction)
• Support product decisions with data (feature usage, drop-offs, experiments)
• Partner with sales to quantify customer ROI and improve messaging
• Design and analyze experiments (onboarding, pricing, features)
• Ensure data consistency and clarity across teams

• SQL
• Excel / Google Sheets
• BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

1. 2–4 years experience in data analysis, analytics, or similar roles
2. Strong SQL skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets
3. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
4. Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
5. Strong business sense and curiosity
6. Comfortable working across product, sales, and ops teams
7. Based in or near Brussels, open to hybrid setup
8. Bonus: Experience with Python or R
9. Bonus: Familiarity with product analytics (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing)
10. Bonus: Exposure to SaaS, AI, or HR tech environments
11. Bonus: Experience with CRM data (e.g. HubSpot)
