Job Description As a Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, risks, and control gaps.
• Perform data analysis and prepare management reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, and governance records.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
• Support change initiatives and contribute to training and communication activities.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Data Analyst Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboarding platforms is beneficial.
• Strong interest in private banking operations, process improvement, and risk management.
