Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel VBA, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that

support strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven

decision-making. The consultant will work with business and technical

stakeholders to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, analytical solutions,

and insights that help drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse

complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Develop

and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and

visualizations.

Design

effective data models and optimise Power BI reports for performance.

Integrate

data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Write

and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Work

closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and

translate them into analytical solutions.

Support

strategic planning, business process improvement, and data-driven

decision-making.

Identify

trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within business data.

Develop

and maintain Excel-based analytical solutions using VBA programming.

Automate

repetitive reporting and data-processing activities using Excel VBA.

Work

with large datasets and ensure appropriate data quality and validation.

Apply

statistical and analytical techniques to support business decisions.

Collaborate

with data engineers, business analysts, IT teams, and business

stakeholders.

Troubleshoot

data and reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.

Contribute

to continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes.

Mandatory Skills

6+

years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data

Analysis.

Advanced

hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
