What they need

Job Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst-II to join our Data & AI Team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to analyze, scale, and improve our data products for our clients.

Have you ever collected your own dataset simply out of curiosity? Do you enjoy asking “why” and “how” to get to the core of a dataset? Have you ever helped an executive make a high-impact decision? If so, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Owners and Customer Managers to align deliverables with product requirements and development standards.
  • Data Analysis & Growth: Leverage SQL to analyze complex business challenges, test hypotheses, and uncover novel opportunities for growth.
  • Data Engineering & Snowflake: Build, refine, and maintain datasets, tables/views, and transformation workflows in Snowflake using SQL and Python.
  • Modeling & Testing: Develop and unit test analytical data models and curated datasets.
  • Code Quality: Implement reusable, well-structured code aligned with established architecture patterns, naming conventions, and development standards.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of assigned data products, supporting analytics, dashboarding, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Data Quality & Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness through validation, data quality checks, discrepancy investigations, and root-cause analysis while maintaining clear documentation for downstream teams.
  • Autonomy & Communication: Work independently with minimal supervision, translating complex technical insights into clear, actionable value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.1

What We Are Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Core Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data engineering and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Preferred Tools: Experience with Looker for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • AI Integration: Familiarity with developing data products for AI use cases or integrating AI into business reporting tools is a strong plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive benefits and programs supporting holistic employee health.
  • Growth-oriented organization with clear career pathing and development opportunities.
  • A deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to ensure a welcoming environment for all team members.
