About the Role

The company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help design and implement its data analytics platform. This remote position works closely with engineering teams and business owners to develop reporting and business intelligence systems that improve access to data and make information easier to understand across the organization.

The role also involves building tools that standardize data access and visibility. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data visualization, software engineering, and programming concepts, along with experience working with large datasets and analytics technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of the data analytics platform.
• Work closely with engineering teams and business owners to understand reporting and business intelligence needs.
• Design and develop reporting systems and business intelligence solutions.
• Build tools that standardize data access and improve data visibility across the organization.
• Work with large amounts of data to support analysis, reporting, and business insights.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization.
• A solid understanding of software engineering.
• Understanding of at least one programming language.
• Comfort working with large amounts of data.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, or NoSQL technologies.
• Knowledge of Python is a bonus.

Salary & Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is $130,000–$180,000.
• Yearly cash bonus ranging from 8% to 25%.
