Data Analyst Intern

• Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis to assist day-to-day business operations and decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations based on operational data and business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across relevant records and databases.
• Assist in identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support documentation, administrative activities, and coordination related to ongoing projects or operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide analytical support as needed.
• Assist in tracking key activities, performance indicators, and follow-up actions.
• Perform other analytical and operational support tasks assigned by the respective function.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate student majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or other closely related quantitative fields.
• Must have completed all regular coursework and have no remaining classes during the internship period.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and analysis.
• Familiar with dashboard development and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Able to organize, analyze, and interpret data and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) for a 6-month internship period.
