Data Analyst Intern

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate deeplinks through our tool (AppsFlyer) for Globe App campaigns.
• Regularly extract and update internal trackers for Globe business units particularly the Media Review Sheet.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in Analytics Tools

• Knows how to access and read data from tools needed to provide quality reports.

Data Accuracy

• Maintains high level of data integrity in reports and trackers that are updated on a regular basis.

Task Management

• Works efficiently and manages workload without rendering extra number of hours (except for isolated situations ie. unforeseen events).
• Timely revert of deliverables and prompt management of data trackers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, IT, or any related field.
• Strong Mathematical, Problem-Solving Skills, and Data Management.
• Proficiency with MS office applications and Google Suite particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficient in interpersonal skills, both through written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with GA4 and GTM is a plus but not required.

DELIVERABLES

• Regularly extract, clean, and update internal trackers, particularly the Media Review Sheet, for various Globe business units.
• Maintain and enhance templates used in Google Sheets and Excel for consistent reporting.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly to maintain trust and reliability in reporting.
• Produce clear, concise, and timely updates of campaign data and performance insights as requested.
• Maintain documentation of tasks performed and trackers managed to ensure traceability and knowledge continuity.

EXPECTATIONS

• Demonstrate working knowledge of analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Uphold a high level of accuracy when managing reports, avoiding manual errors.
• Conduct data quality checks before submission of any deliverables.
• Show initiative in learning more about tools, processes, and data flows.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve deliverables and technical competencies.
