Data Analyst Intern

The Data Analyst Intern will support the Commercial Business Group in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help monitor business performance across Ayala Land Hospitality.

The intern will work closely with the Data & Insights team in preparing reports, updating dashboards, validating data, and identifying trends related to hotel revenue, marketing, and digital platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, and hospitality commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating data from various commercial systems and property reports.
• Support the preparation of regular reports and dashboards using Excel and other data visualization tools.
• Help monitor key business performance indicators, including occupancy, revenue, bookings, and marketing performance.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Support documentation, report automation, and other data-related projects.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Data & Insights team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS in Data Science, BS in Computer Science majoring or specializing in Data Science, or a related degree program.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, data processing, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to students seeking either academic-required or voluntary internships.
