Data Analyst - Invoice 360

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analyst to support Invoice Management operations by converting raw data into actionable insights. This role focuses on productivity, accuracy, SLA tracking, and operational dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards
• Analyze invoice volume, complexity, productivity, accuracy, and SLA trends
• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort
• Track KPIs such as invoices per FTE, accuracy %, TAT, backlog aging
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions
• Support leadership reviews and client reporting
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Technology teams

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
• SQL for data extraction and validation
• Dashboard tools Power BI / Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good to Have
• Experience in Invoice Processing / Finance Operations
• Knowledge of complexity-based productivity models
• Exposure to OCR or automation workflows

Education

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Certifications in Data Analytics or Power BI are a plus
