· Lead experimentation efforts, including A/B tests and champion/challenger analysis.

· Create dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports to support marketing and leadership teams.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align targeting, messaging, and user segmentation.

· Manage analytical implementation and release schedules to ensure reliable and timely deployment of business strategies.

· Mentor analysts and elevate decision-making through strong analytical leadership and communication.

Required Skills & Education

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

· 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, risk analytics, marketing analytics, financial services, or a related analytical discipline.

· 3+ years of experience independently leading analytical projects from ideation through implementation.

· Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.

· Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.

· Experience in leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering).
