Data Analyst (Logistic-PPIC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify invoices from vendors related to inbound and outbound logistics expenses.
• Prepare and submit payment application forms for approval and processing.
• Monitor vendor Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure accurate records of outstanding payments.
• Reconcile payment records with the Finance team and vendors to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending payments with the relevant teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of logistics expenses and payment transactions.
• Responsible for implementing and supporting the Company's management systems, including SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000, in daily operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and requirements, and reporting any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, or non-conformities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in processing inbound and outbound logistics invoices, including export and import transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Working English proficiency to interpret technical/regulatory documents and standards, and to correspond as needed with overseas certification bodies, technical counterparts, and Headquarters correspondents.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kabupaten Serang
