Data Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

This role combines sales support and customer service with data management responsibilities. You will support the sales team with account administration, pipeline management, and tracking sales activities, while also maintaining databases, generating reports, and analyzing processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with account administration, pipeline management, and tracking sales activities
• Coordinate account engagement, including marketing campaigns, training, and events, and manage program enrollment and invitations for surveys and events
• Manage customer contracts, collecting proposals and monitoring their submission status to ensure timely completion
• Provide timely guidance on supply and pricing to sales teams and customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in marketing, finance, supply, legal, and other relevant business units
• Provide necessary documents and files securely and efficiently
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering great customer experience
• Maintain and update account and sales databases and CRM systems regularly
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance and trends
• Analyze and implement best practices to improve processes and tools, ensuring operational efficiency

About you

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse client base and stakeholders in English and Mandarin, with great interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Korean or Japanese speaking is a plus
