Data Analyst (Manufacturing)

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to support business operations and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Monitor key business and operational KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Finance, and HR to understand data requirements.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business improvement projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, production data, productivity measurement, and KPI monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Pasuruan, East Java.
