What they need

Data Analyst (Marketing)

Location: Greater Bangkok, Thailand (Nonthaburi) Reports to: Chief of Business Development

About Us

We are a forward-thinking, publicly listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in the consumer finance industry. We are a builder organization at our core, poised for exponential growth — and marketing is not an expense line here. It is the engine that creates the market desire our branch network runs on: a disciplined mix of brand, digital, and data-driven acquisition that fuels the company's growth.

We are looking for an early-career operator to help build that engine.

The Opportunity: An Operator's Craft with a Strategist's Seat

This is not a job where you execute someone else's media plan. You will run live campaigns with real budgets, own their numbers end to end, and report directly to the Chief of Business Development — so your analysis feeds company strategy, not a slide archive.

The work is analytical at its core. You will track acquisition cost by channel, product, and region; design and read A/B tests on audiences, bidding, creative, and landing pages; follow every lead through the funnel from impression to funded loan to find exactly where conversion breaks; and shift budget weekly based on what the data says, not what the plan assumed.

The questions on your desk: Which channel produces customers — not clicks — at the lowest cost? Why do leads from one campaign convert at twice the rate of another? Where should the next baht of budget go?

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Campaign Operator: Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels — building the pipeline of qualified, high-intent leads that keeps our nationwide branch network growing.
  • Acquisition-Cost Hunter: Treat acquisition cost as a problem to be attacked, not a number to be reported. Run a continuous cycle of experiments — audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages — that drives the cost of winning each new customer down, for loan and non-loan products alike.
  • Conversion Partner to the Branch Network: A lead is not a result; a funded customer is. Own the bridge between marketing and the branch network, so that what you generate online becomes growth on the ground.
  • Analyst at the Strategy Table: Turn campaign data into insight the Chief of Business Development can act on: which segments respond, which channels compound, where the next baht of budget should go. You are the eyes of the growth strategy at ground level.

The Ideal Candidate: A Profile of Curiosity, Rigor, and Hunger

We are seeking an early-career marketer with an analyst's eyes and an operator's hands — someone who would rather own a number than polish a slide.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Early-Career Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing. Internships, agency stints, and demonstrable side projects all count — show us what you launched and what you learned, not how long you sat somewhere.
  • Hands-On Platform Familiarity: Practical experience running campaigns on at least one major advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok). Platform certifications are a plus.
  • Analytical Foundation: Sharp, demonstrable analytical skills — you can structure a problem, interrogate the data behind it, and reason your way to a conclusion that survives scrutiny. Experience with coding, in Python or a comparable language, is required. Not because you'll be writing code day to day — you may not — but because it is evidence of how you think: someone who has coded knows how to leverage a tool to answer a question, rather than merely remember which buttons to press.
  • Strong Educational Foundation: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a quantitative field from a reputable university.

Essential Qualities & Skills

  • A Builder's Mindset: You would rather create a playbook than inherit one. An unbuilt system looks like an opportunity to you, not a gap in your onboarding.
  • Numbers-First Instinct: You reach for the data before the adjective. You know the difference between a campaign that feels good and a campaign that converts, and you'd rather be corrected by a dashboard than flattered by a hunch.
  • Fast, Humble Learner: Ad platforms change monthly and consumer finance has real rules. You absorb quickly, ask before assuming, and treat feedback as fuel.
  • Bias for Ownership: When a campaign underperforms, your first question is what you can change — not whose fault it was. You chase problems across team boundaries until they're solved.
  • Unquestionable Integrity: Our ads ask people to trust us with their finances. You hold every message to the standard of being true, clear, and fair — because growth built on anything less isn't growth.

Other offers great for you!
