Data Analyst (Middle)

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze business data and translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Support users in resolving reporting-related questions and investigating data or report discrepancies.
• Work with the Analytics team to develop and enhance small-scale Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Support Power BI Service activities, including report publishing, workspace management, dataset refresh monitoring, and report availability.
• Assist with user access and permission management, including onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews.
• Support basic Power BI governance activities such as report inventory, ownership mapping, documentation, and usage monitoring.
• Gather business feedback and enhancement requests and work with relevant teams to improve reporting solutions.
• Continuously improve dashboards, reporting processes, and data visualization practices to enhance business user experience and adoption.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
• From 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting , or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI , including dashboard/report development, data visualization, and business reporting.
• Good knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling .
• Experience working with Power BI Service , including report publishing, workspace management, dataset refresh, or related activities.
• Some hands-on experience with Power BI administration , such as workspace, access/permission, dataset, or report management.
• Good understanding of business KPIs, reporting definitions, and data interpretation .
• Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, E-commerce, Distribution , or other closely related industries is preferred.
• Experience with reporting governance, dashboard adoption, report inventory, or access management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical/Analytics teams .
