Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel and MIS reporting. The candidate should be capable of handling large datasets, preparing accurate reports, and supporting management with business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Create Pivot Tables, reports, and Excel dashboards.
• Use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other Excel formulas.
• Analyze sales, project, and operational data.
• Identify data errors and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Track KPIs and support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and validate data.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS reporting or Data Analysis.
• Strong practical knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and charts.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prepare accurate reports.
• Power BI, Power Query, or SQL knowledge will be an advantage.

Selection Process

A practical Excel test is mandatory during the interview. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to clean data, apply formulas, create Pivot Tables, and prepare MIS reports. Theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient.
