Data Analyst (NCR)

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Support & Integration

• Aggregate, clean, and transform raw, fragmented data across various acquiring platforms and legacy systems.
• Ensure data integrity during platform migrations and prepare structured data sets for deeper investigation and product analytics.

2. Quality Assurance & Reconciliation

• Conduct rigorous data validation and testing to guarantee merchant and transaction records are accurate, consistent, and fully reconcilable.
• Maintain high data quality standards to establish and defend a single source of truth across all platforms.

3. Data Visualization & Dashboarding

• Design, build, and maintain automated real-time performance dashboards.
• Provide clear visibility into new product adoption, transaction volumes, user drop-off points, and disbursement bottlenecks.

4. Process Automation & Optimization

• Develop Google Apps Scripts, SQL scripts, or automated workflows to consolidate manual data streams from legacy platforms.
• Eliminate manual consolidation tasks to significantly reduce weekly reporting overhead for the Product team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence (fintech or e-commerce background preferred).
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency, hands-on experience with process automation (Google Apps Script, Python, or similar), and strong ETL/data integration skills.
• Data Visualization: Experience building and automating dynamic dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of data validation, transaction reconciliation, product analytics (funnels, drop-off points), and platform migrations.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to turn complex, fragmented legacy data into reliable, actionable real-time insights.
