Data Analyst | Bermuda

Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making, reporting, and analytics initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working across the full data lifecycle, from data acquisition and modelling through to dashboard development and business insights. You will play a key role in helping stakeholders understand complex information and use data more effectively to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions
• Design and manage ETL processes and data workflows
• Build and maintain data models and data warehouse structures
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and cleansing activities
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support data governance, compliance, and privacy initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills and database experience
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Experience

• Python for data analysis and automation
• AI, LLM, or RAG-related technologies
• Regulatory, government, or financial services environments
• HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Microsoft Data Analyst, CAP, AWS, or related certifications
