Collaboration and Communication

• Work with teams like Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs.
• Share insights with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Join meetings and contribute ideas about data use.

Data Quality and Governance

• Check and fix data issues to keep it accurate.
• Follow company rules for handling data.
• Document data sources and processes clearly.

Professional Development

• Keep up with new trends and tools in data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), including data cleaning, data profiling, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools to create dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data validation, and data quality management.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
