Data Analyst (Outsource / Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Prepared data and maintained features using both internal and external data sources.
• Monitoring routine reports, escalating job errors to the supervisor, and identifying root causes to ensure smooth operations in the Postpaid and International Roaming teams.
• Assisted in optimizing SQL queries, resulting in speed improvements in the analysis process, data mart, and report generation to provide real-time insights based on user requirements.
• Designed and implemented data migration to another database such as on - Cloud, and conducted experiments to optimize job processes.
• Consulted and provided domain knowledge support for marketing teams and data users.
• Consulted, supported, and found solutions for tools transformation, including Tableau, Power Bi, Cloud data platforms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering or any relevant field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience as a Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python (including Pyspark or SparkSQL)
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of data quality control principles and SLA management
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of geospatial data/GIS is a plus"
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in Thai with good documentation skill in English
