Data Analyst (Procurement) Specialist

As a Data Analyst (Procurement), you will support the execution of strategic initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. This role supports management in both strategic and operational decision-making.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure that product offerings meet customer demand and align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain Master Data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and consolidation of large datasets to prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze sales, product, inventory, and procurement-related data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to support business and procurement decision-making.
• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Looker, or other relevant tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor key business and procurement KPIs and identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Review historical sales and product performance data to identify trends and support business planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities.
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Procurement Analysis, or a related role.

• Experience working with large datasets, Master Data, data cleansing, data validation, and data transformation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts and data analysis functions.

• Ability to translate data analysis into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

• Experience in Retail or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English is required.
