Data Analyst Quality Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Quality & Data Specialist to join our team and help drive process optimization, quality assurance, and automation initiatives across our HR Shared Services environment.

What will you do?

• Analyze complex datasets and derive actionable quality improvement measures.
• Support internal and external audits across various operational locations.
• Prepare and analyze quality metrics to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conduct process observations to identify quality improvement and optimization opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain system-supported and automated testing solutions.
• Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of existing and future virtual assistants.
• Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and digitalization initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in quality management, process improvement, analytics, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in German, you will work with German colleagues.
• Communicative English language skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis especially in Excel.
• Experience with Celonis.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimization.
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
