Data Analyst – Remote (Sales Analytics & Customer Service)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Analyst to support our sales and business operations remotely. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience tracking sales performance, maintaining dashboards, and preparing accurate reports.

This role requires someone who can translate data into actionable insights, ensure dashboards are regularly updated, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to support business growth and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and monitor sales performance, KPIs, targets, and business trends.
• Create, maintain, and regularly update dashboards to provide accurate, real-time or scheduled performance insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, revenue performance, lead activity, and other relevant business indicators.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use spreadsheets, reporting tools, and CRM systems to maintain sales records and performance reports.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and assist with customer-related concerns when needed.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and management teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of business and customer information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role for 1 year.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and updating dashboards and performance reports.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain data and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Experience tracking sales pipelines, lead conversion, revenue, and customer retention metrics.
• Previous experience supporting sales teams, customer service operations, or business development teams.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
