Data Analyst (Reporting)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to collect data from different systems, combine it, and produce accurate, easy-to-read reports for management. The ideal candidate is strong in advanced Excel and enjoys working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract reports and data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, or other software).
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy.
• Merge and consolidate reports from different sources into a single report.
• Create new reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on time.
• Identify errors, mismatches, and trends in data and report them.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or Power Query.
• Maintain documentation of report formats and processes.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from teams.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, IF/SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data validation, charts
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time management

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (adjust as needed)

Location: DHA - 1, Islamabad

Office hours: 6.00 pm - 3.00am
