Job Description: Data Analyst (Sales & Operations)

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to act as a strategic partner to our Sales Head. Your mission is to transform raw occupancy and member data into actionable intelligence, helping us maximize revenue across all physical spaces and optimize our sales funnel across all coworking locations.

Key Responsibilities

· Occupancy & Inventory Analysis: Track real-time occupancy across private offices, dedicated desks, and hot desks to identify underutilized zones.

· Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion ratios for "Leads-to-Tours" and "Tours-to-Closure" to identify bottlenecks in the sales journey.

· Churn & Retention Modeling: Develop predictive models to identify members at risk of leaving, directly impacting long-term revenue.

· Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain high-level visualizations in Power BI or Tableau for weekly sales leadership reviews.

· Channel Performance: Evaluate the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) of leads from brokers, digital ads, and direct inquiries.

· Dynamic Pricing Support: Provide data-driven recommendations for floor and ceiling pricing based on local market benchmarking and seasonal demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and proficiency in Advanced Excel (Conditional formatting, V, H, X lookup, Pivot Tables, Power Query, if and filter formatting) for ad-hoc analysis.

· CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with coworking management software (e.g., Nexudus, Archie, or Yardi Kube).

· Analytical Thinking & Brainstorming via Data: Ability to perform cohort analysis, trend forecasting, and data-driven brainstorming to identify market opportunities, predict future sales velocity, improve conversion strategies, and support business decision-making.

· Business Understanding: Process of understanding business goals, KPIs, customer behavior, and operational challenges to identify data-driven solutions and support effective decision-making.

· Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to simplify complex numerical data into clear, strategic narratives for leadership.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
