About The Role We’re looking for a Data Analyst (Food & Grocery Operations) to join our team in Baghdad. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive operational excellence.

You will play a key role in supporting our food and grocery verticals by analyzing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across operations, marketplace, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities Operational Analytics

• Analyze key operational KPIs such as CPO, Delivery Time (DT), Acceptance Rate (AR%), cancellations, and utilization
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational performance
• Support cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements

Last-Mile & Logistics Performance

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on last-mile delivery performance and demand–supply balance
• Analyze biker (rider) performance, productivity, and utilization
• Monitor and improve delivery efficiency and service levels

Biker Performance & Compliance

• Track biker behavior, activity patterns, and performance metrics
• Identify performance issues and provide actionable insights
• Support initiatives to improve compliance and productivity

Fraud Detection & Risk Analysis

• Detect and analyze abnormal patterns in orders, incentives, payouts, and rider activity
• Support fraud prevention initiatives and reduce operational risks

Marketplace Analysis

• Analyze supply performance, order distribution, and acceptance behavior
• Evaluate service coverage and marketplace efficiency
• Support improvements in matching, availability, and overall marketplace health

Reporting & Data Enablement

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated tracking tools
• Provide insights to support daily operations and strategic decisions
• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Marketplace teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience with SQL (preferred)
• Understanding of logistics, last-mile delivery, or marketplace operations is a strong plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Fluent in English (required); Arabic is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics platforms
• Knowledge of operational KPIs and marketplace dynamics
• Experience with large datasets and performance analysis
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
