The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Job Description:

• Analyze internal and external data (generally with SQL, Python, Excel).
• Apply structured framework to estimate hard-to-find information and utilize AI-driven synthesis to deliver original insights.
• Improve existing estimation and forecast solutions by scrutinizing current assumptions, identifying how our understanding would change if assumptions change, and quantifying these uncertainty (i.e. sensitivity analysis).
• Translate complex data analysis into accessible business-focused reports and recommendations.
• Present results to management on a regular basis.
• Serving as in-house AI & Data consultant for data-driven solutions, advising on the adoption of AI tools to solve specific business problems..
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build analytics capabilities.
• Maintain data pipelines, dashboards and AI-powered automations to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills are required, complemented by experience in other languages (Python, Spark) in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and must be comfortable with analysis of quantitative data.
• Good structural thinker and detail oriented.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
• Satisfactory understanding in English.
• Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and growth changing environment.
