What they need
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for menu and products.
- Update and maintain costing data in the ERP system.
- Update and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.
- Calculate and analyze Gross Profit (GP) for menu items and promotional programs.
- Monitor costing and product-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support pricing, menu, and promotional decisions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data and costing information are updated accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
