WE’RE HIRING! WE’RE LOOKING FOR A "Data Analyst – Strategic Analysis" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret customer and business data to generate actionable insights and support business growth.

• Primarily support Marketing Analytics, while providing analytical support across other business functions and business units.

• Work with data across multiple business areas, including Marketing, Media, Card Acquisition, Unsecured Loan, Secured Loan, Insurance, Judgment, and Collection.

• Extract, transform, and prepare data using SQL / SAS.

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.

• Conduct customer segmentation, retention, acquisition, and behavioral analysis.

• Utilize Python for data analysis, data processing, and automation.

• Apply Machine Learning techniques to identify customer trends, patterns, and behaviors.

• Identify business opportunities and propose data-driven initiatives to improve business performance and revenue.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, BI, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL / SAS.

• Experience with Python for data analysis, data processing, and automation.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and hands-on experience applying ML techniques to business problems is a plus.

• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
