DATA ANALYST – STRATEGY & PRICING

About the role

Own the analysis that improves trading and matching efficiency and pricing; identify opportunities and problems, turn them into solutions, and drive strategy and product iteration to hit business targets. Design sound experiment plans and metric systems for different optimisation strategies; continuously improve experiment design, analysis methods and tooling to raise experiment credibility and speed up strategy iteration. Work closely with algorithm, operations and product teams; use resources effectively and continuously improve collaboration efficiency and output.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analysis that improves trading and matching efficiency and pricing

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
• 1+ year of work experience, including 1+ year in internet or logistics
• Strong user-need insight and business data analysis capability
• Ability to land strategy proposals in practice
• Proficient in SQL
• Familiar with Python and data analysis tools
• Hands-on data analysis experience with high data sensitivity
• Strong logical thinking and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
• Fast learner with strong documentation skills
• Self-driven
• Fluent Chinese (written and spoken)
