Data Analyst – Supply Chain

At Hawaiian Poké Bowl, we believe the best decisions start with reliable data. That's why we're looking for a Data Analyst – Supply Chain who can turn complex data into clear insights and support our Supply Chain and Procurement teams in making smart, data-driven decisions.

As a Data Analyst – Supply Chain , you'll act as the link between our Data Team and the business. You'll work with data made available by the Data Team and translate it into clear dashboards and reports. You'll help our teams monitor performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve processes.

📊 Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Supply Chain and Procurement KPIs such as fill rate, OTIF, stock cover, open purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring they remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.
• Support the Procurement team with analyses on supplier spend, price developments, and supplier performance.
• Create cost and production-related reports in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Production.
• Identify data quality issues and report them to the Data Team so source data can be further optimized.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing dashboards and reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for colleagues and management.
• Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and the Data Team to continuously improve business processes.

⚡ Who You Are

You're analytical, well-organized, and passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights. You enjoy working with dashboards and can communicate your findings clearly to colleagues without a technical background.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI and experience building dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Power Query and/or SQL.
• Affinity with Supply Chain and Procurement KPIs such as OTIF, Fill Rate, Stock Cover, and Purchase Orders.
• A structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A hands-on, pragmatic mindset and a continuous improvement mentality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with an ERP system (such as Reflex or a similar platform).
• Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement environment.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and/or Databricks.
• Experience with forecasting or time-series analysis.
