Data Analyst Support - Contract (Samut Prakan) SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

This role is in Performance Control Tower team. As a Data Analyst Support, you will take ownership in data preparation and data analysis among the Sorting Operations Center (SOC) to optimize and improve the way to plan resources and manpower.

Job Description:

Support the analysis of daily operational data to track Sorting Center throughput, helping the team balance Speed, Cost, and Quality.

Data Processing & Reporting Support

• Clean raw operational data and consolidate daily performance metrics into structured summary reports.
• Maintain standardized performance dashboards to track daily operational baselines and historical trends.

Basic Data Analysis & Issue Tracking

• Analyze daily operational data to highlight performance gaps and identify potential sorting line bottlenecks.
• Assist in tracking key SLA metrics and prepare data breakdowns to support continuous improvement projects.

Operation Support & Implementation

• Provide data insights to support on-the-ground operational solutions for daily hub issues.
• Support project follow-ups and track initiative progress across operational teams.

Requirements:

• Good communication
• 0–2 years in data analysis or reporting (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with AI, n8n, or other data tools is a plus
• Background on Machine/ Production is a plus
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Work with fast, timeline and extra long working hours during campaign
• Mostly Afternoon/ Night Shift
• Fast Response, under pressure
