Data Analyst Trainee

Programmers Force is looking for a Data Analyst Trainee to turn data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions. You will work with teams across the company to collect, analyse and present data, build reports, and help identify trends, risks and opportunities.

This is a structured training role with mentor support and hands-on work on real business data. Trainees who perform well will be offered a full-time Data Analyst position.

Responsibilities

• Review verification data and conduct detailed audits
• Prepare reports that highlight discrepancies and key insights
• Research business questions and help develop data-backed recommendations
• Write SQL queries for routine reporting, building proficiency under guidance
• Support commercial and cross-functional teams with ad hoc data requests
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
• Track key performance metrics and flag significant changes or anomalies
• Give feedback to improve system accuracy, automation and efficiency
• Recommend process improvements based on your findings
• Document queries, reports and methods for team reuse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, Business or Economics preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL (and/or NoSQL) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
