Data Analyst with French

What to expect:

• Collect, process, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support business and project-related decisions
• Extract and transform data from different systems and ensure data quality, consistency and completeness
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and business performance
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities through structured data analysis
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, reports and actionable insights
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define relevant KPIs and metrics
• Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies, inconsistencies and anomalies
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders and management levels
• Automate recurring reporting and data preparation activities where possible
• Maintain and improve existing dashboards, reports and analytical processes
• Support data-driven decision making by providing clear conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
• Document data sources, reporting logic, processes and analytical methodologies
• Collaborate with IT, business, engineering and other internal teams to improve data availability and reporting processes
• Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders to present findings, discuss results and clarify requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved data utilization

What you bring along:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar analytical role
• Technical or analytical background, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
• Understanding of data quality, data validation and data preparation processes
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and relationships within data
• Experience translating business requirements into KPIs, reports and analytical solutions
• Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases
• Experience with Python or another programming language for data analysis and automation is a plus
• Experience with automotive or engineering-related data is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and structured way
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced English, written and spoken
