MIS Executive / Data Analyst

We are looking for an MIS Executive / Analyst responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports, analyzing business data, maintaining MIS systems, and providing actionable insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing MIS systems and reporting processes.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze sales, store operations, customer feedback, and performance data.
• Track sales vs. targets, incentives, SITH, Menu Mix, Deal Mix, and COGS.
• Maintain and consolidate customer databases across locations and brands.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for management.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Recommend ways to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Power BI/SQL is an added advantage.
