We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and patterns, building reports and dashboards, and turning complex information into clear and actionable business insights.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources
• Prepare and maintain accurate datasets, reports, and analytical models
• Analyse business performance, trends, customer behaviour, and operational metrics
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and insights
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business and strategic initiatives
• Prepare clear summaries and presentations of analytical findings for stakeholders
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning activities
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, operations, product, and technology teams
• Assist with data automation and process improvement initiatives
• Document data sources, analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting requirements
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions
• Stay informed about data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior / Associate level, with 0–3+ years of experience
• Internships, graduate experience, academic projects, or relevant practical experience are welcome
• Degree or relevant studies in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full working rights in Australia

🚀 Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with data visualisation and dashboard development
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms or data warehouses is advantageous
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems
• Previous experience working with remote or distributed teams
