Your core responsibilities:

Claim data review and reserve assessment

• Support internally to verify claim data entries, including reserve setup, in accordance with the relevant departmental operating manuals.

Review claims performance measurement reports

• Provide performance reports to ensure compliance with the SLA defined for each step of the claims handling process.
• Prepare reports of any irregular findings to the relevant departments for further investigation.

Claim data analysis

• Extract report from system
• Provide data and analyze claim information—such as claim types, policy types, reserve setup, payments, and claim classifications across various damage categories.
• Verify data accuracy and prepare summary reports and dashboards for use by relevant departments and for management decision‑making.
• Support reporting requirements and in‑depth data analysis for relevant departments, such as analyses related to specific customer groups, product types, or vehicle categories.

System development for claims operations

• Contribute to providing essential claims information required for the development of various technologies to support claims operations.
• Collaborate with the claims department and other relevant functions to ensure that the development process is carried out effectively.

Your profile:

• Academic credential in the information technology, business management, data analysis or other related field.
• Direct experience in data analysis and reporting. Prefer knowledge of motor claims.
• Ability to read between the line and interprete data to business action is compulsory to this role.
• English and Thai communciation skills are required.
