• Data Collection & Big Data Handling: o Source, ingest, and manage large/complex structured/unstructured datasets from multiple business systems, databases, and external platforms. o Perform scalable data processing, validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analytics.
• ETL & Data Pipeline Development o Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines using industry-standard ETL tools. o Automate data integration workflows to streamline reporting and analytics delivery.
• Advanced Excel & Data Analysis o Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze, manipulate, and summarize datasets. o Conduct descriptive analysis; identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; translate findings into clear business insights.
• Digital Twins Modeling (Preferred) o Support digital twins modeling initiatives: prepare structured/unstructured data for digital twin platforms, validate model inputs/outputs, and collaborate with technical teams to align data with simulation/modeling requirements. o AI-Driven Analytics & Data Innovation o Utilize AI-powered analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of data analysis and translate insights into clear actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration o Partner with operations, IT, and business teams to define analytics requirements and solve business challenges. o Continuously improve data processes, tools, and analytical frameworks. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally within the scope of Data Science, Advanced Statistics, or Supply Chain-Management 2. ＞ 2 years of proven working experience as Data Analyst or in a related field 3. MRP systems experience, BI is a plus
