Data Analytics & AI Solutions Specialist

Summary

• The Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large and complex datasets to support business decisions and operational excellence.
• The role develops automated data pipelines, ensures data quality, and leverages advanced analytics, AI-powered tools, and digital technologies to generate actionable insights.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position drives continuous improvement in reporting, data processes, and business performance through data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Data Collection & Big Data Handling:
  • Source, ingest, and manage large/complex structured/unstructured datasets from multiple business systems, databases, and external platforms.
  • Perform scalable data processing, validation, and quality control to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analytics.
• ETL & Data Pipeline Development
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines using industry-standard ETL tools.
  • Automate data integration workflows to streamline reporting and analytics delivery.
• Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze, manipulate, and summarize datasets.
  • Conduct descriptive analysis; identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; translate findings into clear business insights.
• Digital Twins Modeling (Preferred)
  • Support digital twins modeling initiatives: prepare structured/unstructured data for digital twin platforms, validate model inputs/outputs, and collaborate with technical teams to align data with simulation/modeling requirements.
  • AI-Driven Analytics & Data Innovation
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of data analysis and translate insights into clear actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with operations, IT, and business teams to define analytics requirements and solve business challenges.

Who You Are

• High level of data- and reporting quality and high responsiveness to business requirements
• Target achievement as per annual objectives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally within the scope of Data Science, Advanced Statistics, or Supply Chain-Management

• 2 years of proven working experience as Data Analyst or in a related field

• MRP systems experience, BI is a plus
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Able to make sound Business decisions
• Good judgment enabling the provision of sound advice in difficult areas of compliance.
• Skills with manipulating multiple priorities; self-actuated; sense of urgency
