Data Analytics & Development Manager

Join our Data Analytics team to turn data into business opportunities. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to develop automated reporting, uncover customer insights, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve automated reporting and dashboard solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and business trends to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Generate business insights and forecasting to support merchandising, sales planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business and IT teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and continuously improve reporting processes.
• Lead analytics projects and support team development.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics or related fields.
• Experience leading a small team or analytics projects.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience using Python, R or other analytics tools for data analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, Reporting Automation, Forecasting or Predictive Analytics will be highly preferred.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or Consumer Business is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
