Data Analytics Associate

Responsibility

• Collect, validate, and clean logistics data from transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency for effective analysis.
• Monitor and track the data collection process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly logistics performance reports.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, performance gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and logistics operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and collaborate with relevant teams to propose and implement actionable improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and logistics trends to provide clear insights for management and stakeholders.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or departments, ensuring delivery of relevant and accurate information to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and IT—to improve supply chain processes, support logistics-related projects, and enhance data integration and reporting automation.
• Track the progress and impact of logistics projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting risk identification and mitigation planning through data analysis.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in logistics and supply chain analytics to continuously improve processes and analytical capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing analytical input and helping optimize logistics workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, facilitate reliable data access, and provide timely and effective analytical support.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Supply Chain and Logistic Management or in a field related to data.

• 3-5 years of experience or internships in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis preferred.

• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain principles.

• Familiarity with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

• Basic understanding of ERP or logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, TMS) is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
