Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analytics professional with strong hands-on experience in Advanced SQL, data analysis, Tableau, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, analyze complex datasets, and develop actionable BI dashboards. Strong experience with Databricks, AWS, Python, and Supply Chain analytics is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and data validation techniques.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into effective dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Use Databricks for data exploration, transformation, and analytics.
• Leverage AWS data services and Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure dashboards provide accurate and meaningful insights.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives related to Supply Chain operations, including inventory, procurement, logistics, demand, or fulfillment.
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies between source data and BI reports.

Must-Have Profile

• Strong Advanced SQL + Data Analytics background.
• Recent hands-on Tableau experience is mandatory — candidates whose recent experience is exclusively Power BI should not be prioritized.
• Hands-on experience building both Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and independently translate requirements into dashboards.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, and Python.
• Supply Chain domain experience is strongly preferred.
