Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Engineer to join its data team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence.

You will work across the complete data lifecycle — from understanding and analyzing data to building data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines .
• Analyze and model data to support business and reporting needs.
• Work on data ingestion from different source systems into a hybrid data platform .
• Work with both:
• On-premises Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) using Data Vault methodology.
• Cloud-based Modern Data Platform (MDP) using Medallion Architecture .
• Develop and maintain data transformations using SQL and dbt .
• Apply Kimball dimensional modeling techniques.
• Work with Data Vault 2.0 concepts.
• Perform data quality checks and help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize data workflows and query performance.
• Work with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Work with Power BI to support reporting and business analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and other technical teams.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute proactively to team activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Recent and proven experience as an Analytics Engineer .
• Recent and proven experience as a Power BI Business Analyst .
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL .
• Good experience with dbt .
• Strong understanding of Kimball dimensional modeling .
• Good knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 .
• Experience with Databricks .
• Good knowledge of Power BI .
• Experience working with data pipelines, data ingestion, and data quality.
• Understanding of modern data architectures, including Medallion Architecture .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Pragmatic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
