Data Analytics Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer / Data Analytics Engineer with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and Python. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, transforming and analyzing data, developing data models, and supporting business intelligence and analytics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using modern data engineering tools.
• Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing, data transformation, and optimization.
• Develop data pipelines and perform data processing using Databricks.
• Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Develop data processing and automation scripts using Python.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation across multiple data sources.
• Build and maintain data models, data marts, and analytical datasets.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data such as JSON, CSV, APIs, and database sources.
• Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to business and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data quality issues.
• Optimize SQL queries, Snowflake workloads, and Databricks jobs for performance and cost.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Document data pipelines, processes, data models, and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
• Experience with data warehousing and dimensional data modeling.
• Understanding of Apache Spark / PySpark.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations.
• Good understanding of data quality, validation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other BI tools is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
