Compensation: $110-125k base

A global organization undergoing a major data transformation is hiring multiple Data Analytics Engineers to help build and scale a modern, best-in-class analytics platform.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, and software development . You'll help build data products that turn complex datasets into scalable reporting, embedded analytics, visualizations, and self-service capabilities used by both internal stakeholders and external customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning analytics solutions end-to-end — from the underlying data and semantic layer through to the applications and visualizations users interact with.

What You'll Do:

• Build and enhance scalable analytics products, reporting solutions, dashboards, and embedded analytics applications.
• Develop semantic models across complex datasets with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Work across the full data lifecycle, including data pipelines, warehouse architecture, modeling, reporting, and analytics enablement.
• Partner closely with engineering, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop visualizations and self-service analytics capabilities that make data more accessible and actionable.
• Work with raw and transformed data across multiple sources and data marts.
• Identify opportunities to improve query, system, and analytics-product performance.
• Support data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives across analytics products.
• Contribute to the development of custom data products that integrate analytics and BI platforms with broader applications.

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI engineering, or a similar role .
• Advanced SQL and experience working with relational databases and other modern data stores.
• Programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or a similar language .
• Strong experience with modern BI/analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI .
• Experience developing semantic/data models for scalable analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of the full data lifecycle, including pipelines, data warehouses, modeling, reporting, and analytics .
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Lake .
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Snowflake experience.
• Looker and LookML modeling experience.
• Experience building embedded analytics applications or bespoke data products from the ground up.
• Front-end development experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks .
• Familiarity with middle- and back-end software development.
• Experience implementing analytics governance and compliance frameworks .
• Experience with query optimization and system performance tuning.
