About the Role

The role is at the intersection of data science and advanced analytics, with a focus on improving customer experience and marketing process. Develop the analytical models, streamline the data pipelines, and implement & review innovative solutions includes MLOps and GenAI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced analytical models to support customer experience initiatives and optimize claims analytics.
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Streamline and integrate diverse operational data assets to establish a robust data foundation.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely performance monitoring.
• Analyse customer behaviour and operational drivers to identify key factors influencing digital adoption.
• Support analytics activities, including data preparation, exploratory analysis, and model development.
• Provide regular insights and updates for sprint reviews and management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Enhance efficiency through automation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain robust data architecture and support scalable analytics.
• Support the integration of MLOps and GenAI into the operational workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, etc.
• With minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or analytics in insurance or financial services industries.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI definitely a merit
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks a plus
• Seasoned experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Strong experience in dashboard development, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and multi-source data handling.
• Exposure to predictive modelling or statistical analysis preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience in forecasting of trend by applying the model in different domains
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Gen AI technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
