Data Analytics Intern

What You’ll Do

• Support data-driven initiatives to improve user engagement, business performance, and digital growth across the company’s platform
• Collect, clean, and organize user interaction, campaign, and operational data for analysis and reporting
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business and marketing KPIs
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and actionable insights
• Assist in A/B testing and performance analysis for feature, campaign, or user experience optimization
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support data-backed decision making
• Present findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and business insights
• Contribute to process improvement and analytics automation initiatives where applicable

What We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Excel and basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Curious mindset with strong interest in digital products, user behavior, and business growth analytics
• Able to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying meaningful business insights
• Passionate about leveraging data to improve user experience and business strategy
