DATA ANALYTICS LEAD

Purpose of the position:

Lead the Data Analytics team in providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support commercial growth, financial performance, and supply chain efficiency. The role will oversee analytics across Sales & Marketing, Collections, Pricing, and Supply Chain, translating business data into recommendations and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Data Analytics team supporting Sales & Marketing, Collections, Pricing, and Supply Chain.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze sales, customer, pricing, profitability, receivables, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Drive automation, data accuracy, and standardization of reports and analytics.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Present key insights and recommendations to management to support commercial and operational decisions.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution.
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of sales, pricing, profitability, Collections, inventory, and supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights and actions
