Data Analytics Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Data Analytics Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive data-informed improvements across delivery and installation processes, translating operational data into clearer visibility and better execution. The leader will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build forecasting, reporting, and predictive capabilities that strengthen planning and decision-making. A strong emphasis will be placed on automation, scalable analytics, and continuous improvement in a fast-changing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,000 – $168,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven improvements in delivery and installation processes
• Develop metrics to enhance visibility and execution efficiency
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead development of predictive models for resource planning
• Promote data transparency and empower decision-making across teams
• Build scalable forecasting frameworks integrating operational data
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years using Power Automate and Microsoft Office Scripts for workflow automation
• 3+ years building AI agents for data analysis tasks
• Strong analytical skills with proven success in data-driven improvements
• Experience managing large-scale projects and initiatives successfully
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and achieve goals
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
